The Peak, a modern Bailey Builds home with a shed roof, wood-clad covered deck, and stone fire pit in a wooded clearing

Modern & Contemporary Custom Homes in Central Virginia

Clean lines, open plans, and a home built around you.

Overview

Bailey Builds specializes in modern and contemporary homes — from contemporary designs with large glass and bold rooflines to modern homes with warm materials and open, light-filled plans. Every home is planned together with its site, and because we handle clearing and site work with our own crews, there's no handoff between the land and the build.

I Have Land

Already own a site? We'll walk it with you, evaluate access, grading, drainage, and utilities, and show you what it will take to build.

I Need Land

Choose from our available homesites across Greene, Orange, and Albemarle counties, then pair your lot with one of our home plans.

Start With One of Our Plans
